When the umbrella arrived, it was in a see through plastic bag, and then the umbrella itself was inside a black cover. Upon first impressions, I thought that it felt very high quality, the fabric was soft and it felt very sturdy. The handle is very comfy to hold, & the umbrella opens very quickly and easily. With a bit of a push, it clicks back into place with a reassuring click. I love the fact that it's so wide - Ideal for couples. I would absolutely recommend this umbrella as it is high quality, very sturdy and stylish. The raindrop design is quite pleasant too. It's a convenient size, and comfortable to hold. It's plain black all over with the white detailing on, so totally unisex too. It fits in my handbag with ease, and is lightweight, so I can pop it in my bag and forget about it until I need it. I bought this umbrella at a discount in return for an honest review – but I genuinely don’t leave good product reviews unless a product really deserves it, and I have still parted with some of my hard earned money! This umbrella is very nice, the color is just like in the picture on the web site. It arrived with is cover and it seems extremely sturdy. It is the first automatic umbrella I've ever tried, so I was very impressed when I pressed the button and it quickly completely opened, without any help. Also when you want to close it, you just need to press the button again and the umbrella just closes itself, but not completely when it closes.
I used it together with my wife or with my son, and the size was enough in both the occasions.
It is just of right dimensions for storing it into my wife's bag or inside the car storage. It survived its first British windy day, so I'm quite happy so far. I just think that it is slightly overpriced, though.

You can never have too many umbrellas I was once told and this one looked a bit interesting (and one of our old ones just died) so I decided to go for this very well made brolly. The umbrella arrived very quickly, on time and in perfect condition, and I have taken a photo of the umbrella before being opened. The first thing I noted was the weight of the umbrella which is heavier than your standard brolly, however this is actually good as it’s sturdier to hold and feels better made than many competitor models. Once opened there is a lovely raindrop design on the umbrella which is simple yet elegant and I have been asked already where I got it from. The open mechanism is simple to use (i.e. just push the button) and it feels like a quality product which will last a long time.
There’s not too much else to say really other than this is an extremely well made umbrella. It’s a bit pricier than some others but you get what you pay for, and this is a very well made bit of kit.
