I saw her for the first time on Jools Holland after hearing her music for the first time at the end of an episode of Girls. I loved both, so wanted to hear and see more. This deluxe package was perfect -- the CD of the French version of this album, a wonderful full-length stage performance on DVD and the Amaon Music download of the English version of the album. Lovely music and dance-filled performance.
To be honest I had not heard of this artist until I saw her on a recent TV show. I enjoyed the track that was played so much I decided to look up the CD on Amazon. Very pleased with all the tracks, different but that's what I like in music. I own a wide range of different types of music and enjoy it all depending on the mood I am in. A good purchase from my point of view.

Just an absolutely solid album! I heard one of her songs during a French course in college and since then I've fallen in love with this album! My favorite song on this album is Nuit 17 à 52! I'm having a difficult time describing her sound so luckily there's the interwebs to help! If you're remotely interested, then don't hesitate to check her out on Youtube! I'd listen to Saint Claude first (second favorite song). She trying to come out with and English album, but honestly her true French songs have so much warmth and soul to it. You can just tell how passionate she is when you listen to her music. About the album itself, I have the vinyl and it came with a CD and a poster! The vinyl is like a dark blue and I love it! Il faut que vous écoutiez cet album!
I absolutely loved this album. Even though some songs were completely in French it still had the most beautiful and elegant sound.

The entire album, every single track, is absolutely wonderful. I can't remember the last time I could say that. Héloise is an incredible talent, as a writer and as a performer. The music, in every aspect, is perfect for our times. Whether you speak French or not, this is beautiful music. Buy, listen, and enjoy.
She is truly hip hop but has her own music. Hip-hop fusion?
