From the nutritional advice, through to the recipes, training suggestions and finally motivating stories, I love it. Really motivational and easy to make recipes. I love the fact the book has been split into low calorie and high carb so at a glance you can find what you need. I will definitely be buying the first book now.

Joe is single-handedly responsible for getting me completely enthused about fitness, healthy (but enjoyable) eating. I friend bought the first book which has some great recipes in it, but this one suited my eating/training needs perfectly. I'm absolutely hooked on the chunky monkey (tastes like snickers!) smoothie and have it most mornings before a workout. Don't be fooled by his smile, the training is REALLY TOUGH! which makes the food so much better afterwards. If you haven't​ come across his Instagram yet, go find hiim and make sure your volume is turned on.

This is Joe's second book - first is also excellent. Recipes are easy to follow - including lots of pre and post easy to make stuff / smoothies for gym days. Food is really tasty, feel better - but not lost loads of weight. Not enough exercise and alcohol maybe this issue here! Would recommend - great book and even the kids like most of the food we have tried so far.
